FOUR

Fun times were had by all at Kylie's 4th birthday party. We celebrated at Peter Piper Pizza. Kylie chose a Disney Princess theme and her cate actually glowed. It was great! Kylie was so happy to have presents and cake and pizza. She said that I should have a birthday tomorrow so we could do it again.

We had a wonderful family vacation in October. We spent three days at Disneyland, one day at Luguna Beach, and one day in San Diego. We took advantage of the wonderful cool weather that was such a relief to AZ heat. We got to see tons of great sights, eat tons of good food, spend time together as a family, and enjoy the rides at Disney and the ocean beaches too. Brian & I spent our 11th Anniversary there as well as Brian's 39th birthday. Not to mention it was HalloweenTime at Disnyland which was fun to see it all decorated for fall and some rides were made extra spooky for Halloween. It was a great way to celebrate it all!

Halloween 2009

We spent Halloween trick-or-treating at Grandma & Papa's this year. The girls had a great time and LOVED their costumes. Kylie was a beautiful butterfly, while Alyssa was a very stunning and almost too real Vampiress! The girls got lots of candy and had fun with all the neat houses that really decorated with strobe lights, fog, and even a very interesting front window display that came to life and was super scary!

A day at the park

The girls spent hours at the park on Sunday as we had beautiful weather. Alyssa skateboarded a bit and Kylie rode her Barbie bike, while Brian read and I blew bubbles. It was quite a lazy day, but so nice to be outside and relaxing while the girls played, met some new friends taking turns pushing each other down the hills in a wagon, and got out all their energy. Then we went home and took a nice long nap. If only everyday could be so easy!
